Persona Information: The year is 1575 and I left my homeland of Tir Connail last winter amid my parents' fears that our Gaelic way of life was dying out and I needed to learn the English ways if I were to survive in this world. This was very hard for them as I am their only surviving child, all my brothers having been killed in skirmishes and cattle raids. I was fostered upon a family friend, Lady Morwenna Westerne, who is trying to teach me how to be a person of quality in London. She is often frustrated by the fact that I do not like to wear shoes. But she does admit that my skills with a needle are unsurpassed in her experience. Shortly after my removal to London, we voyaged to the East Kingdom. Here I met Lord Robert fitz Thomas, an Englishman with a beautiful voice and a lovely hand but little property. Lady Morwenna believed she could make me a better match, but my rebellous Irish will compelled me to pledge him my troth this Summer at East Kingdom War Camp in the Shire of Eisental.

SCA Interests: Being your persona, extant garments, textile research, creating whole outfits, doing it the way "they" did, handsewing wool and linen, dyeing, weaving, spinning, knitting.
