Word processed documents are much preferred and will be higher in my priority of work. MS Word or (better still) plain text documents only, please. If you need help saving another type of document as a Word or text file, let me know and I'll send you instructions how to do it.
Graphics are fine, but they must be public domain, have permissions for use attached, or fall under fair use. I'm not getting into copyright trouble over this, so please be careful. They can be attached to the email with the article, or you can send them to me via snail mail and I'll be happy to scan them in. My snail mail address is available upon private request.
All photographs must be accompanied by the name of the photographer, the names of the people in the photograph, and written permission from the subjects to publish the photos on the Internet.
Grammar and spelling errors will remain unless the author requests that I make the corrections (I have a degree in English; it's safe to ask this of me).
All material will remain the property of the author or photographer, and should be accompanied by the following information:
Author's SCA and mundane name
Mundane Address and Telephone Number
Brief bio (like TI -- SCA quickie bio followed by mundane quickie bio)
Only the names and bios will be posted; I need the other information for my files, to be maintained off-line. If you want your e-mail address posted, please give explicit permission.
